Damaged Items
If you received a damaged item please reach out to us via email within 4 days of the delivered date. We ask that you please provide photos of the damaged item. If you received a damaged item and we have the item in stock we will exchange the item. If we no longer have this item in stock you will be refunded minus shipping. Lost or Stolen Packages
Buyers are responsible for contacting UPS/ USPS and filing a lost package claim or a stolen package claim.
Shipping address
Please be mindful of putting in your correct and up-to-date shipping address.
If your package is returned due to an insufficient address that was provided during checkout we will reach out to you via email once we receive the package. A full refund is not guaranteed.
Legally, by pressing the checkout button you are agreeing to the aforementioned terms and conditions. All sales are final. Please be mindful of putting the correct address, any promo codes, and correct credit card information. We are NOT responsible for customer input error! Promos cannot be added after an order has been processed.
