Cancellations, Exchanges & Returns
We do not offer cancellations, exchanges or returns as they go directly into processing once the order has been placed.

Damaged Items
If you received a damaged item please reach out to us via email within 4 days of the delivered date. We ask that you please provide photos of the damaged item. If you received a damaged item and we have the item in stock we will exchange the item. If we no longer have this item in stock you will be refunded minus shipping
All listings have thorough descriptions, but if there are any questions please contact us!!
Shipping
- Please allow 3-7 business days to receive your tracking number
- All of these rates are subject to change- most handmade items will be shipped out before the 7 day mark
Lost or Missing packages
- BDN Boutique is NOT responsible for any missing or lost mail when it is an item that is drop shipped.
- You are able to message BDN Boutique about any missing handmade items, and we will do our best to rectify the situation
Legally, by pressing the checkout button you are agreeing to the aforementioned terms and conditions. All sales are final. Please be mindful of putting the correct address, any promo codes, and correct credit card information. We are NOT responsible for customer input error! Promos cannot be added after an order has been processed.
